Should you have any queries in relation to your tickets please use our ticket agent customer portal https://mcnfestival.seetickets.com/customerservice

You will need your order reference number and then one of the following:

  • Postcode used when booking
  • Telephone number used when booking
  • Last 4 digits of the payment card

If the you do not have your order reference number you can use the ‘Forgotten your details?’ option and enter the email address used when booking. You will then be sent an email with your order reference number(s).

Tickets will currently be available to purchase on the gate at an increased price, to make the most of discounted tickets we advise to book in advance.

Campers gain early access into the show from 8.30am on both days and can arrive to pitch tents/set up from 4pm on Friday evening or from 7.30am on Saturday morning.

NOTE: Last entry for tickets is 4.30pm on 13th May.

Access for pitching tents/caravans/motorhomes is from 4pm - 9pm on Friday 13th May
Campers arriving on Saturday 14th May can access the site from 7.30am
Campers/caravanners are required to leave the campsite by 7.30pm on Sunday 15th May 

Disabled visitors wishing to attend for the day or camp at the festival can claim a free carers camping pass for each paying disabled adult visitor (we do not issue "Carers only" tickets).

 Disabled visitors should purchase the ticket of choice (day or camping) and select the ticket type titled "STANDARD ADULT TICKET".

Proof of entitlement will be requested on the day. The following are the only acceptable forms of documentation accepted: 

  • Letter from consultant detailing condition why you are eligible or in need of a carer. 
  • Letter/notice of entitlement for Personal Independence Payment
  • Copy/proof of DLA entitlement
  • Letter from your doctor clearly stating why you are eligible and require a carer
  • Blue parking badge, Freedom Pass or Access Card.

Use of the Carers Ticket does not guarantee zero waiting/queuing time, especially at peak times.

All parking is free of charge at the Festival.

Unfortunately there is not a cash machine on site, the nearest one can be found at Tesco, 62 Napier Place, Wistow Way, Orton, Peterborough, PE2 6XN

REFUND POLICY

We offer Refund Protection when purchasing your tickets. This is an additional service and totally optional. It is a promise that we will make a refund to you in certain limited circumstances for the payment of an additional fee in addition to your booking fee. This means that visitors can apply for a refund if they are unable to attend due to accidents or unexpected illnesses including Covid-19 or specified unforeseen circumstances. We do not charge for test rides and we do not guarantee a test ride when purchasing your ticket. We will not operate a pre-booking system for test rides for the event. Visitors are required to book test rides directly with the manufacturer on the day - arrive early as test rides are allocated on a first come, first served basis. Riders are required to bring their own leathers, gear, helmet and license.

Yes, there will be a helmet park on site which is sponsored by our chosen charity. The first item will cost £2 and any additional items will be charged £1 per item. Proceeds go to our nominated charities. The helmet park will be open from 9am through to 5.30pm on Saturday and 4.30pm on Sunday.

Please note that photographs and footage will be taken throughout the Devitt MCN Festival. These will be used by the event organisers for marketing and publicity in our publications, on our website and in social media or in any third party publication. Please contact the event organiser if you have any concerns or if you wish to be exempted from this activity

Scammers may try to persuade exhibitors to ‘buy’ attendee lists. Please be assured we never share our data with any third parties. The only way to reach the MCN Festival audience is by attending the event, or by including a promotion, offer or by having a story featured on our show website, newsletters or in MCN.

Yes, caravans/campervans/motorhomes are permitted at this event. This year the same cost applies whether you are camping or bringing a motorhome. You will be directed the designated camping area on arrival.

On the campsite there will be clean drinking water, showers, toilets and a campsite restaurant offering a range of food for both breakfast and dinner for the duration. Please be aware that there are no electrical hook ups available.

Please note access to the Evening Entertinment is only available for campers at the East of England Showground! The Festival closes at 6pm on Saturday and 5pm on Sunday.

Please be aware that event fields within the East of England Arena/Showground are predominantly on undulating grass surfaces, and the wearing of appropriate clothing and footwear is strongly advised. Wheelchair users should be accompanied by a strong companion.

The venue does not make provisions to be able to offer onsite to hire of wheelchairs or scooters. Should you require one to be mobile at the event, we would recommend you hire one in advance of coming to the venue

Only elevated BBQ’s can be used whilst at the show, strictly no disposable BBQ’s on the grass.

Yes children 5yrs and under go free. Persons aged 6-15yrs will be charged as a child ticket.

Due to the nature of the activity at this event (loud noise, fast bikes, bike racing) dogs must be kept on a short lead at all times. It is the responsibility of the owner to clear up after their dog. Due to the nature of the event we strongly recommend people do not bring dogs.

We provide friendly security staff that will be patrol throughout the site 24hrs a day. All personal belongings are the responsibility of each individual and the organisers do not take responsibility for any damages or loss throughout the event period.

There will be a wide range of alcohol products available throughout the show site during the event, we do not encourage campers to consume and carry alcohol around the Festival site.

We want you to enjoy your experience at the Festival and ask that all visitors respect fellow campers and ensure that all music and noise is kept to a minimum

Please be aware that all campers will be provided with black bags on arrive, please use these bags for all rubbish and waste during your stay. Please note that we, as organisers do not allow any campers to leave their belongings at the show for disposal.

This site has a NON fireworks and bonfire policy – please respect your fellow campers, this is not a motorcycle rally but a friendly campsite. This also includes fire-pits.
